I deleted Microsoft Office

and lost Outlook! I had downloaded Open office and figured I didn't need the Microsoft version anymore. Especially since it keeps harping at me to buy an upgraded version. I did a system restore so I could get my email back. Is there any way for me to delete MS Office without losing Outlook?

1. I think so...

If you go into the Control Panel I think there is a reinstall or a repair option that might give you the option of selecting which components you want to keep or delete.

Though I doubt it is to be found in the control panel. From memory, the MS Office installation disk is needed and from there you select which modules you wish to install.
