A new kitchen gadget
Couldn't resist this at the local dollar shop. Even the shop assistant who was Chinese had a good laugh.

3. I have a Chinese rolling pin, easiest thing to roll pot sticker dough with
It's basically a one inch dowel, about 8 inches long, finished and burnished. I can see that having a center that rotates would be a novel idea to them, but not particularly useful for the cooking they do.

Tapioca flour dough is really easy, I use a tortilla press for that. I don't know what they use.
