5. And I'm one of them, which I why I've been using all my willpower not to
copy and paste that recipe! ;) Having thin mints in the house 24/7 would be WAY too much temptation.

Fortunately, even if I cave and copy it, I don't see myself being a successful temperer of chocolate, despite the fact that my great-grandmother was a candy-maker.

4. I did read it, and I left her some tips
in case she ever wants to try dipping again.

It can be quite messy and takes practice, but you can make really yummy treats by dipping at home.
