what's for breakfast?
Don't ya just hate it when people have to text about EVERY SINGLE MINUTE DETAIL in their mundane lives complete with photographs?
You know...like, "I'm on my way to the grocery store"...."I'm in the produce aisle...ew, one of the melons is WAY over ripe"..."I'm reading movie magazines in the checkout line...poor Demi" ....

How did we ever live without all those intimate details before this new technology?

Well....guess what I'm having for breakfast this morning?

Walnut raisin toast
Cottage cheese with pineapple
Hot tea w/honey

I just knew you'd want to know. :P

2. Petty much every work day
A thick slice of homemade bread with a slab of brie (ever since my epic purchase of $53 of brie for 21 cents, I have a stash in the freezer now).

3. My standard low carb breakfast
Edited on Tue Jan-18-11 01:06 PM by supernova
Two Omega 3 eggs sunny side up topped with S&P, tarragon and... drumroll please.... fresh chevre!.

I cook the eggs just until the whites are done and the yolk is warmed through. I like them runny. YMMV

The creaminess of the yolks and the melted chevre is awesome.

I miss toast.

Mine: handful of walnuts, glass of 1% milk, coffee.

6. Well, with my new diet regimen
for my diabetes every morning I have pretty much the same thing, and I eat it at work, coz hey! someone else has already done the cooking!

1 piece of wheatberry bread with a little peanut butter, some grape jelly and a few slices of bacon on it, a banana and 8 oz. of 2% milk.

Very good and just perfect for what I need. :hi:
