Has anyone here started a gluten free/casien free diet? Advice?
I need to start one for my son,who is showing signs of being on the autism spectrum. I would like to find a way to ease him into this. If anyone has books/methods that have worked for you, please do share. I'm looking up lots of resources online, but firsthand experiences are very valued.

Thanks...:)

They may casein free as well. I dont have any experience with them...but I love checking with reviewed recipes for ideas. Good luck.

4. This is a good diet for everyone actually.
Keep menus simple with mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, seeds, nuts, and high quality protein.

Have you seen this page?

Best of luck with this approach - it looks like it really has a firm scientific basis - and let us know how things are going,

5. Amy's
I love Amy's foods and they are very good at special diets. Here's their page on the autism gluten free, casein free diet and which of their products are okay for that:

I'm not saying live on frozen foods, just that it's nice to have a backup.
