Flamed grilled burgers anyone?

I'm always concerned about not eating enough protein, so yesterday I decided to grill some angus burgers for my dinner.

Talk about flame grilled! LOL!

Oh, but they was yummy. Served on whole wheat multi grain bread, kosher pickles, and the obligatory Dijon mustard and catsup.

I used to be a pile it all on type of person, and later just major pickle freak when it came to burgers, my sandwich would actually have been more accurately described as a pickle sandwich with a little burger. LOL But lately all I want on mine is a nice thick slice of a fresh garden tomato and nothing more.

3. Sad to say

I can't have a grill on my patio. The grills are accessible here but in this heat no way am I walking that far to cook on the grill. I love food cooked on a grill but .......not in this heat.
