Gluten Free Graham Crackers

My partner is Gluten intolerant - so I made these Graham Crackers. I think they turned out well and it took less than 1/2 hour prep time. The flavor is not quite the same - however I made them Saturday and the flavor has improved a lot with resting. I also used the scraps for a pie and it worked great.

Has anyone else made Graham Crackers before? Any tips or recipes you like? Im going to make smores out of them too and see if they hold up.

1. I've never made them, mostly because I am not gluten intolerant,

but I have bought MiDel gluten free cookies and graham crackers at Kroger to send to my friend who is.

Ill definitely have to look for them! The home made ones are great (ive made them for pie crusts a couple times now).
