Who is Eric Ripert? I'm familiar with the other two, though only from TeeVee, and I wouldn't have any of them tattooed on any of my body parts.

9. He's from Le Bernardin in NYC

Le Bernardin has been reviewed consistently as one of the best restaurants in the city for many years. He shows up as a judge on occasion on Top Chef. He seems connected with that clique of "Celebrity" Chefs but doesn't have a show on one of the major cable channels. I've seen him recently on a half hour show which appeared to me more about buying "quality" products than about cooking. More like Eric Ripart visits a dairy to learn about goats milk cheeses. It was OK... He's apparently very well respected as a Chef.
