I am sorry, I don't have any specific non-bread sourdough recipes that I use but there are dozens (maybe hundreds) of them on the internet.
Here's one site with a good variety (some are labeled "Herman" - Herman was a sweet sourdough starter that's made the rounds off and on that developed quite a following but any starter could be used)

Some great books of recipe collections that contain all sorts of sourdough recipes are
"Adventures in Sourdough Cooking & Baking" by Charles Wilford
"Pat's Sourdough & Favorite Recipes"
"World Sourdoughs From Antiquity" by Ed Wood
There are SOOOoooo many different things that you can do with sourdough - I've made sourdough chocolate cake, sourdough apple spice cake, sourdough biscuits, sourdough pancakes, sourdough waffles but unfortunately I don't have the exact recipes I used, but they were from these books. There are also recipes for cookies, crepes, muffins, puddings, crackers, maeatloaf, fried chicken, and so many other items.
I've even used packaged pancake mix, mixed it up and added some sourdough starter to it - a definite improvement!
Have fun, there's lots of stuff here to try.
