I was thinking Midori, but maybe just Sprite Zero with some food coloring, or maybe that green Tabasco stuff.

We used to make (in college) a "greenhouse" special, so named for the green house which was a semi-official frat and sat next to the radio station we all broadcast from.

If I recall correctly, it was vodka - possibly pepper vodka, but I don't think such a think existed then - a scoop of horseradish layered on the bottom (must go in AFTER the vodka or else it gets sloshed around), then a few drops of Tabasco, and then a sprinkling of black pepper on top. It goes in smooth, but as the horseradish and tabasco hit, it warmms you up from the inside.

I guess it would go well with a bite of green apple, and maybe cheddar cheese.

always good to see you posting, sweetie. I did go buy a pint of cheap vodka. Am going to give this a whirl a little later today...the pie crust that is. LOL
