boiled crawfish

I caught a handful (8 big ones) and boiled them. They're in the fridge and they're just waiting to be turned into something delicious! What should I do with them? HELP ME DU!

1. You could put them in a gumbo.

You could bread and fry them as "poppers".

You could make an very small etoufee.

You could make a crawfish poboy.

In New Orleans we buy them by the 125# bag, so 8 really doesn't sound like much. I probably would have snarfed those puppies down as soon as they came out of the boil!
