Remember this? Jell-o 1-2-3?

It seemed to be the coolest thing ever. Not sure why it dropped off the market. It tasted pretty neat.

There are clone recipes out there, but you can't find the real thing any more.

I loved this stuff and I loved that I could fix it all by myself!

6. I remember the pudding version too
It turned into pudding, topped with a mousse. I can't remember if there was a third layer or not, but it was our dessert of choice. I don't think it was a Jello product.

5. Yes -- wasn't it the product of a "mistake" in the lab or something?
That's what I remember hearing.

Reminds me of a cake my Mom made where the butter "sank to the bottom" by accident --?? Anybody ever heard of that? We begged her from then on, whenever she made a cake, to make the butter sink to the bottom, but evidently she couldn't repeat it.
