Happy St. Patrick's Day: Chocolate Stout Cupcakes

We had our St. Patty's dinner with my ILs on Sunday. They made the corned beef, I was in charge of dessert. I made chocolate stout cupcakes with a vanilla cream cheese frosting. These were so good, even my husband who doesn't like chocolate cake of any kind was raving about them.

I love how they look like little pints of Guinness. And they taste even better the next day. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

3. I had a guiness cake from a local bakery
.....a couple of months ago and it was just dreamy delicious. There was a filling and a buttercream too -- all chocolate. So I'm sold on anything with chocolate and stout!
