Cookie of the week.
I'm afraid I may be tempted to kill Bill so I can have these all to myself. And I'm definitely going to have to make another batch. :9

2. I'm calling them
sand cookies coz that's the way the "batter" feels. I told Bill what I had posted here and he tasted one and said it was going to be a fight to the finish.

It's that classic salty/sweet combo. :9

3. I'm going to d/l the recipe and then ignore it for a few days...
The cherry cheese pie MUST be all gone before I'm going to move on to those.

4. Good thinkin'.
Bill was just complaining this morning that his pants are getting too small. We go through this every winter. As soon as summer gets here and he gets more active, he'll be fine.

Umm...I didn't see any of that pie in my inbox.

5. Sorry....WHERE are my manners!?! Here's a blurry piece for ya.
Bills cooking so my "photo staging counter" is in use.

6. I do love that stuff.
It was the first dessert I ever learned how to make when I was a kid. Thanx, I'm sure it'll be yummy. :D

7. This is one with whipped topping that Bill wanted to try (no blueberries so we did cherry)
I prefer the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk version. But this was lighter and still yummy. I made it in a 8x8, or maybe a 9x9, anyway...one of those, since I don't have cake pans or pie pans. LOL

8. I always used to make it
with whipped cream. It is lighter so you can eat more of it.

9. I just made more of these.
I could tell they weren't going to last the week so made another double batch. And Bill is still saying he thinks I need more practice tonight (only so he can eat as many as he likes.) :eyes:
