Jerky recipe

Thought I'd share. It is pretty basic, but.. so is jerky :D

I followed to the T. The next batch will have hella variation :)

1/2 cup soy
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1 tsp ketchup (got me on this one but I did it)
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
2 tbs Brown Sugar
crushed red pepper to taste.

Cut thin (by that I don't mean as thin as you can - I did uber thin and it became brittle crunchies)

Soak a few hours

Dehydrate.

1. Well, I know from all I've done with it

either the tastes are submerged, or overpowering. It's a lot trickier than you might think.

Worchestershire may be in the dictionary, but 'gullible' is not. Maybe one day we'll get there.
