It figures. I made my one and only (so far) wedding cake back in 2001 but ever since I promised two (actually three) good friends that I would do the same for them. One told me late last year that he's getting married in Sept. No sweat - I'm up for this. Now one of the other friends is getting engaged on Valentine's day and she tells me she's getting married this year too!

Two wedding cakes in one year plus a small catering job this summer (christening) oh and did I mention I also have a full time job that require ~45 hours plus 10+ hours commuting a week.

And you know what the worst thing is? I'm so excited I can't wait! I'm nuts. :shrug:

I need them - but my husband will probably need them more when I'm actually making the cakes, judging how I got when I was making the last one. :crazy:

I have pictures of that one somewhere; I'll dig them out and post them when I get a chance.
