Is Drost's baking cocoa imported from Holland Dutch processed?
Have US manufacturers discontinued it?I have a recollection a few years ago that Hershey's made Dutch processed cocoa for baking (unsweetened) in the same brown container as the regular, but with the label "Dutch Processed" -- couldn't find it today at my grocery store, but found Drost's instead. Same stuff?

I know there's a difference between regular baking chocolate powdered cocoa and Dutch Processed.

1. Yes, Drote's Cocoa is Dutch-processed
Hershey's Special Dark is a blend of dutch-processed and regular. These days there is a greater variety of cocoa powders available to us than ever before in my lifetime. But not necessarily reflected in what you can find in most supermarkets, though some have a greater variety than others. If it's labeled "Dutch" "Dutched" or contains alkali in the ingredients list, it's Dutch processed. If you can't find either, then it's not.
