Just got one of those Nuwave twister!

Anybody got any recipes for smoothies with tofu or anything like that?

Wait until you discover what a kickass mousse au chocolat you can make with silken tofu and melted chocolate chips plus a couple of other ingredients.

5. Silken tofu is great stuff

One of my soy cookbooks uses silken tofu as a substitute for eggs in baked goods. They come out remarkably moist although the rising quality isn't as good.
