for my foodie pals, a house update
we have a solid offer and probably another one coming in tomorrow

don't let anybody tell you that "Dressing" your house to sell is a waste of time and $$$. In a buyers market we sold our house in 10 days with less than $1000 reduction from the full asking price.

3. That's like my pop's house
I dejunked and decluttered, opened windows, removed drapes, rearranged furniture, and sold the sucker in a week. It really didn't take that much.

Of course, I did fill a huge dumpster in the process.

Congratulations on a quick sale. Just cleaning and decluttering will often make the difference between "I can live here" and "I'll have to think about it."

5. Wonderful!
That must be a load off your mind! Now you can start house hunting in NM. You should do a virtual House Hunters for us. Do photos of three houses, list their pluses and minuses, then we try to guess which one you will choose. I know you have so much free time for that kind of nonsense, too ;)

9. Well done! You worked your
butts off and your fingers to the bone and look at the great results! That is wonderful, particularly because it IS a buyer's market.
