Leftover turkey
Still clearing out the fridge and freezer. Thawed out some leftover turkey thighs, wings, a drumstick and a back.

Hubby had the wings - they got browned up again in the oven.

I took the rest into the crockpot with a bag of southwestern style veggies and a can of chicken broth. After a while I combined a can of cream of celery soup and a package of powdered turkey gravy with a bit of water to smooth it out. I added that to the crockpot and it was so tasty.

I usually struggle with turkey leftovers after the sandwich phase. But this combo of flavors was a hit.
