Any Egulleter's here?
I, along with my wife, posts on Egullet. I was wondering if there was anyone here who also posts on that board.

1. Haven't posted there
but I've been reading for a few weeks now. What a great forum! I love hanging out there, I learn so much (actually I just read the baking & pastry forum, but there are some very knowledgable and experienced folks there to learn from). I'm still on "reader status" but complemplating asking for an upgrade.

4. I Lurk
Wonderful resource. Those people all seem like paid experts, I wouldn't dare get in the ring with them.

5. I know what you mean
They are serious foodies over there.

I've learned a bit about cheese making from a few folks over there but I think the trick is to find a particular forum of interest, follow it for a while and then just plow in. The local forums are great for restaurant/food resource advice. I use it when I travel for restaurant suggestions.

There are a lot of folks in the food industry that post over there.
