i Cal/i Phone Calendar
I thought the i Cal and Iphone calendar were supposed to sync with each other. Mine are not. Am I incorrect, or is there some way I can get them to sync?

1. They should sync when you back up with iTunes.
If you want them to sync via 'the cloud,' you'll need MobileMe.

3. Thank you, but.....
I cannot use Mobile Me with AT&T on the IPHone. I discovered that soon after purchasing phone, (the Apple Store confirmed it.) Which is crummy. Wonder if the new Verizon I Phones can use Mobile Me.

5. We just got Verizon iPhones. Yes, they work perfectly with MobileMe
The updates are damned near instantaneous. I make a change to my iCal or Address Book and it shows up on my phone and my laptop pretty much as I make the change.

Are you using the new MobileMe calendar app? It only works with Snow Leopard. We still have some Leopard on our Macs due to driver issues with a machine we use in the office, so we have not upgraded our MobileMe accounts. So far, it has all worked seamlessly.

4. Thanks for this support thread but....
it is way over my tech grade. Sounds much too complicated. I gather generally, (although didn't read the whole thread) that one needs to sync using google calendar. Didn't know google had a calendar. Yahoo is the opening page I use for all my bookmarks, and it has a calendar which I do not use. I do have the choice to search using google on safari.......but thanks anyway, I'll just muddle along. i certainly agree with the remarks about Mobile Me, which is way too expensive, and should be made part of the package for optimal syncing of the whole package. I have a hightech headache, but thanks for trying.
