My Airport Extreme router needs to be rebooted at least every 2 days
Does this mean that it's dying (I've had it since 2004), or is there some update I need? I have a MacBook with OS10.5.8.

That's why I have my Roku plugged directly into the cable modem.

1. Dunno. But you should probably figure out first what versions of the following you have:
which model of Airport Extreme http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AirPort#AirPort_Extreme_Base_Station
which version of the firmware http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1218
