Anyone else having problems with Safari freezing up?
I'm on a 2.1 iMac G5, a gig of RAM, OSX 10.4.11.

Safari 3.2.1

I should add that I also have the current version of Flip4Mac installed; while I at first thought it was web video that was causing the problem, it later turned out to be happening regardless of the media displayed on any given page. I force quit and restart and everything works fine...until the next time it happens, which could be in three pages, or twenty-three.

Any ideas? Thanx.

http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/automator/maintenance.html

make sure you run the tiger version and not the leopard version, they are in the same download.

4. It may be related to the fraudulent sites warning process
Uncheck the box (in Preferences/Security) and see if it goes away.

I was having that Safari problem on 2 of my Macs (both G4s), and it seems to have gone away after I disabled that check.
