Pie crust with Earth Balance?
Has anyone made a pie crust using Earth Balance? Years ago I made wonderful pie crusts, but I used Crisco. I would like to use something healthier. I make my biscuits with Earth Balance & they are wonderful.

Also, Earth Balance now has an Earth Balance made with olive oil. It is just as good & imo, a little bit softer & creamier.

If you have a favorite pie crust recipe, would you please share it? Thanks.

1. If you need something to sub for Crisco, you could also try palm oil.
It's naturally solid at room temperature.
