Silk Soy Nog!
Yummy! Not as rich as a regular eggnogg but dang tasty! Also used it this morning to make pancakes with Pamela's Pancake Mix. Delish!!

2. I do too! I even used it this morning
in my Pamela's Pancake Mix batter instead of water (I usually sub regular soy milk for the water anyway and add a splash of vanilla.) Best pancakes ever!

4. Man, that's good stuff! It also makes an excellent pudding for
a holiday dessert. Just use cornstarch to thicken it, cook over low heat stirring constantly, heat just to the thickening stage. Put in small bowls and top with ground nutmeg. Yummy!
