What is the intent of the comment, what is the significance, and the context.

You use, bin, instead of button, relating to some form of running of a program in the ignore feature, probably because of use of programs that block people from seeing and hearing.

But the use of 'use ignore' implies individual control, that is outside of many thoughts on that concept.
