5. It has been a long time since my physics course but I remember that
colors shift along the spectrum as you approach light speed. For the bumper sticker to change from orange to blue would mean that the observer was approaching light speed. I'm sure someone will be along with a better explanation.

Since it will never appear blue to anyone ever (since approaching the speed of light is practically impossible) -- no one is ever driving too fast. This is an endorsement of speeding! Those wild APS guys.
