1. Sounds interesting, but

I cannot imagine any technology that would not be quickly invaded by corporate advertisers. Look at all the junk calls you get if you're silly enough to give out your cell phone number to too many people. Also notice all the ads you get when you search for anything on a search engine.

The people controlling the networks would eventually figure out how to whore them to the highest bidder.
