2. I doubt there is either, otherwise this would be a much bigger headline
If there isn't any net gain, its about like Ethanol, or hydrogen.

5. Hydrogen and oxygen
Exact same stuff that's in the Space Shuttle's fuel tank.

The hard part is getting the oxygen and hydrogen to split.
