It has nothing to do with being informed - it is all about how you present yourself if you want people to pay any attention.

Suggestion: if you want to get anyone behind you, if you really believe your life has been threatened by government agents, lay it out (if legally permissible) - the whole story of what you were doing, why you were threatened, and why you believe the threat to be credible. Do it in a clear and concise manner, and without Capitalizing Every Word so as to not instantly make 90% of the people you want to reach think you are off your meds.

Otherwise, it is nothing but incoherent babble.

All this is like a foreign world to me - big business, high finance, power politics. I admit I'm much more comfortable at my end of the spectrum, worrying about street corner thugs rather than corporate thugs.

The reason there are no better clinical outcomes is the reason healthcare costs are half any where else in the world. The US has made healthcare about health insurance (administration) rather than health care (clinical care). The debate is about insurance coverage rather than nurses, doctors, patients. A lot of good coverage is without nurses and doctors (clinical care). Eliminate administration, fraud and artificial inflation and the US will have the best cost efficient healthcare with better out comes than any where in the world. What would that do for our international trade deficit? "Opportunities for the US" Instead, we throw it away with all the bull shit and pandering to benefit the few!

GPO's are the administrative equivalent of health insurance on the supply side. Technology made GPO's obsolete 15 years ago but the mighty contract and corruption has kept them around for now; Do you have contracts with your grocery store or pharmacy? No! Do you ever go without things you need? No! The GPO today is technology I built yesterday which is why they keep me out of the market! The more I dig the more I find. I will remove $80 Billion a year in supply cost (administration) and provide greater access but no one invited me to the white house. So much for reform, never going to happen.
