So, if the court decides exactly what point the fertilized egg gets "human rights" ...
then what?

Will the Supreme Court force insurance companies to pay for the "death of the child" if the mother's body, through no fault of her own, self-aborts?

Will the Supreme Court force a company to pay for murdering a fetus if it's found that tainted beef (or some other food product, which passed through the lowered standards set by the fed) is what killed the fetus?

Will a person whose body rejects the baby after conception be charged with murder, or just a lower charge?

I want to know the answer to those questions ...

1. If the court oversteps its authority and codifies religion into law
and declares each fertilized ovum a human being under the law, it will be necessary for every woman of childbearing age to send them their used monthly sanitary products to allow them to determine whether or not involuntary manslaughter has been committed.

I am deadly serious about this.

They deserve no less.

5. Absolutely. Otherwise, think of all those tiny precious souls that might go straight to heaven
without women being made to suffer horribly for not carrying the pregnancies to term.

8. Actually, unfortunately...
There are a great number of Christians who believe that those who have not been Baptized and who have not accepted Jesus as their savior will go straight to Hell, regardless of how young and/or innocent they were. Even I, a Christian, find such a statement morally offensive and reject such a possibility outright, because the alternative would be to accept that the entire basis of Christianity is a lie. Of course, there are also those who think so regardless, but that's another topic.

6. Extraordinarily Unlikely
IF (big if) the Supreme Court turns under new appointees to verturn Roe, the worst case scenario is that abortion becomes an issue for the states to decide.

It would be likely that Mississippi and a few states would outlaw abortion, but the great majority would see little change.

The 10th Amendment is the most likely means by which this republic can survive intact.

3. Will pregnant women who don't eat right or drink booze be charged...

4. Remember Newt Gingrich???
back when he was in Congress, and said that women couldn't serve in combat, because after a month in the trenches they would get "infections"???? :wtf:

Dumb bastard doesn't know the difference between a menstrual period and an infection. :wtf:

Republican ignorance about women is scary.
