Earlier today, the Parents Television Council sent an alert to its subscribers asking them to complain once more to the FCC.

During a Live 8 concert, ABC unintentionally aired an F-bomb.

The PTC is asking the FCC to impose its maximum indecency fines on the ABC network and each of its 230 affiliates. That adds up to over $7 million.

Is one F-word worth $7 million?

Don't let the PTC turn the FCC into our nation's censorship board.

I always thought Brent was a sports caster?

The only reason I ask where it aired, is curiosity about how many people were watching.

I think they're getting a bit nuts over this stuff myself, but that's just me.

It aired on ABC on July 2. It was a fairly highly rated broadcast. Still, it was just one word.

And besides, how many 8-year-olds sit around the TV on a Saturday night watching The Who?

How many 8-year-olds have even heard of The Who??
