With the arrest of the alleged Zotob Virus perps, one ponderance

First off, I couldn't quite decide what the best forum for the post would be, so I picked this one.

My question: Since the suspects are from Morocco and Turkey (as opposed to the usual Nordic areas), do you think that they will be made more of an example than past virus felons, because of this being the era of the "War on Terrah"?

I noticed that they were other than the usual perps, but do you think they might have been grabbed and accused just to further something else? We know how the US gov likes to further it's own agenda.
