a family member was recently diagnosed with MHFRE genetic deficiency
As I understand it, this is a rare genetic disorder where the body does not absorb the B vitamins and cannot properly deal with stress, leading to fatigue and many other symptoms.

Anyone ever know anyone with this?

1. Are you talking about
Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase deficiency (MTHFR)?

3. I really don't know that much about it
But from what I've read, MTHFR genetic mutations aren't that uncommon. The problem arises when you've got two copies of the same mutation.
