2. Beware of a one size fits all living will

Laws vary from state to state. My state of Montana has a rights of the terminally ill law and standardized four page form, no lawyer required. It goes into much more detail and even has check boxes for certain types of treatment that you don't want used on yourself if you are unable to communicate. You can even select no antibiotics.
