Does Fast Food Rot? Yes, If You Don't Let It Dry Out

It's still just another demonstration, but since lots of us like to talk about this issue, I thought it was worth sharing.

3. Dr. HuffPo is a poor substitute for Dr. Nat Uralnews.
Don't fall for the corporate clones. If you're doctor isn't living in the jungles of Ecuador, he is no doctor of mine!

4. the reason why people see food items not rotting in a "counter top" setting is...
Edited on Tue Oct-26-10 10:31 PM by evirus
because its a relatively cool and dry environment which hampers bacterial growth(the decomposers)

and even if fast food didn't rot, so what? does that make it instantly unhealthy? no, we have been eager to find ways of making food last longer throughout our civilizations history, and for good reason. the fact that our life expectancy has increased instead of decreased as more "processed" foods have become available is only testament to the fact that you can't simply "blame" fast food as the root cause of illnesses.
