Naltrexone is an old drug which is approved for use in getting people away from their addictions, such as alcohol. Now, something like 100,000 people worldwide are using it off label, at approximately one tenth of the dosage that is approved for addictions. They are using it rather successfully for various types of cancer, AIDS, Crohn's and MS. One could either obtain this by a doctor's prescription at a compounding pharmacy, or compound it oneself to make the dose low enough.
There are some small studies on this drug treatment, and finally, now, apparently there are some larger ones underway in the UK. The great thing about the drug is that there are no side effects, it is cheap, and just a pill once a day.
They hold a low dose naltrexone conference every year, and here are a couple of case studies presented at that conference, on pancreatic cancer that had metastisized to the liver.

Do some searches and you can find other videos and websites from MDs and satisfied patients. Here is one pretty decent website, as an example.
