Reform opponents keep mentioning that Congress is excluded from reform.
Let's compare two fictional people, Senator John Doe who receives his health insurance from his employer (the government), and
Mary Smith who also receives her health insurance from a group plan offered through her employer (a medium sized company).

Let's say that HR 3200 is passed as it currently is.


What could happen to Mary Smith that could not happen to Senator Doe?

What do people think could happen?
