NY Medical College Cannot Be Prosecuted For Refusing Gay Student Group
http://www.365gay.com/newscon05/03/033005nyMed.htm

A medical college that is refusing to recognize an LGBT students group cannot be prosecuted under human rights laws because it is affiliated with the Catholic Church.

Westchester County's Human Rights Commission has ruled that New York Medical College is exempt from a county ordinance enacted to protect the rights of gays and lesbians.

Alison Greene, executive director of the commission, said it had received documents from the medical school proving its affiliation with the New York Archdiocese in 1978. The college was founded in 1860.
