Court Rules Against California Ban On Gay Marriage
Mar 14, 2005 — SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A California Superior Court judge ruled on Monday that the state's ban on gay marriage is unconstitutional.

4. More Proof...
That THIS matter will have to be handled by the STATES. And states that want to ban gay marriage, FINE. States that want it FINE. THe Northeasr and West will TRULY represent this country. And Orlando.
