Judge OKs wording in Prop 8 ballot label
(08-08) 11:39 PDT SACRAMENTO -- The state's ballot label declaring that a November initiative "eliminates (the) right of same-sex couples to marry" accurately describes the measure, a judge ruled today, rejecting claims by the measure's sponsors that the label was one-sided and argumentative.

1. Hooray! I was so hoping it would not be changed.
The wording is spot-on. "Defense of marriage" never, never, never, never, ever made any sense to me.
