The Erotica Readers & Writers Association lists some good writers' resources and calls for submissions and also features an e-mail discussion group where you can post stories for feedback. It's a mixed but GLBT-friendly group.

Clean Sheets publishes erotica online and pays $25/story. Also a mixed group.

Mind Caviar publishes erotica online but doesn't offer any payment. They used to be good, but I haven't looked at them in several years, and I see that they now have commercial porn ads, so I don't know if that's an indicator of a drop in quality or not. Again, GLBT-friendly, but definitely a mixed site.

I'm surprised to discover that I don't know of any specifically lesbian erotica sites. I used to run my own erotica group for lesbian and bi women, but that's long defunct. I do know a number of people who publish quality lesbian erotica in print, however, and I can give you those links if you're interested.
