Conservatives Refuse To Accept Judge's Ruling On Gay-Straight Group

A Boyd County High School student is appealing a federal judge's ruling that supported requiring anti-harassment training in his school district.

The ruling last month by U.S. District Judge David Bunning said that students could not "opt-out" of the training, which is aimed at combating harassment based on "actual or perceived sexual orientation." (story)

The training sessions were part of a settlement in 2004 of a three-year dispute between the Boyd County school district and a now-defunct gay-rights group that wanted recognition as an extracurricular group.

The student, Timothy Allen Morrison II, his parents and two other parents sued the Board of Education over that requirement, which penalized students with an unexcused absence if they did not attend the training.

They claim they don't want liberal views forced on them but they have no problem with forcing their religious views on the entire country.....

Here's the key, the writer doens't have to watch the gay movies if he/she doesn't want to. That's the great thing about America!!!

7. Yep, I've been taking him to task all day long

He claims that there is a "glut" of "gay flicks", and that there are lots more on the way. Now unless he has a subscription to "Gay Entertainment", how would he know this? Besides, there are probably more "straight" movies coming out within the next couple of weeks than there will be "gay flicks" coming out within the next year.

I also pointed out that lust, adultery, and fornication are sins according to the Bible - yet he doesn't seem to mind Hollywood "shoving" these kinds of films down his throat.

They make all the rules, and everyone else is expected to abide by them because they're conservatives. What BULLSHIT!

These religious extremists need to be put in their place. They preach hatred, violence, death, destruction, lack of respect, and intolerance, even though all of those things are prohibited by The Bible. Maybe they have a different Bible that they live by, I don't know. All I know is they are not following the word of God, and they somehow believe they've been saved in spite of all they do.

The religious leaders need to speak out against this behavior, because it's very anti-Christian and muddies up the message from those who try to preach the truth.
