Anyone here a member of a UU Welcoming Congregation?

Anyone here a member of a UU Welcoming Congregation?
My church is beginning the process in January. Our district coordinator never returns emails and there are no other Welcoming Congregations near us. I'd like to find a couple of willing correspondants who can help me through the process if I run into snags. If anyone has any good contacts please PM me. Post any advice you think is important to know from the start.
