Lesbian Homecoming King and Queen Couple Bombarded with Hate Mail

lesbian couple who was elected homecoming king and queen of their San Diego high school are now being met with hate mail from outraged people across the country, according to NBC San Diego.

Homecoming king Rebeca Arellano and her girlfriend, homecoming queen Haileigh Adams, were crowned at Patrick Henry High School on Friday. Arellano described the night as being "one of the most amazing experiences" she's ever had, and both students reported support from their classmates and teachers. However, the school has received phone calls and angry letters about the girls' achievement.

11. On the bright side, what an awesome bunch of kids that voted them King and Queen!

They may be getting hate mail now, what a surprise, which is horrible, but those kids that voted for Rebeca and Haileigh are going to be voting in elections soon. They are going to be the future.

The haters are going to become a small, disrespected minority comprised of RW fundy wackos and other misanthropic creeps.
