Palm Springs International ShortFest announced its roster of 331 films for this year's event from June 21-27. Of those, 50 are LGBT short films, which have been separated into six themed packages.

"Pride, The Past and the Present" will feature the pride and prejudice faced by gay men throughout the years.

"Queer as Folk" explores the range of gay experiences, from the portrayal of life in a massage mill to gay parenting.

"The Gay!la - His: Pushing the Homosexual Agenda" shows the day-to-day struggles of gay men.

"The Gay!la - Hers: Les Girls" is a group of shorts focusing on the lesbian lifestyle.

"Girls' Night Out" gives a look into the lives of lesbians all over the world.

...and finally, "Coming Out", which features films where individuals start to accept themselves and take the step out of the closet.

The rest of the festival will feature 64 World Premieres, 58 North American Premieres, and 25 U.S. Premieres. Actors of note include Selma Blair, Michael Cera, Colin Firth, Keira Knightley, Melissa Leo, Campbell Scott, and many more.
