Florida Supreme Court Asked To Hear Gay Student Case

Does something told in confidence to a non-ordained school chaplain have the same right of privacy as it would if told to a priest, minister or rabbi? That is the question the Florida Supreme Court will be asked to determine after a court of appeal could not agree.

The case concerns a private Christian school that expelled a student after he told the chaplain that he is gay.

Jeffrey Woodard and his mother are seeking damages from Jupiter Christian School after it kicked him out in his senior year of high school.

1. stand your ground

since this happened in Florida and they have that new Stand Your Ground Law, the kid should of just shot the Chaplin and claimed that he was just standing his ground.

Florida is becoming a scary place. They can shoot you with out repercussion and all they have to do is say that you pissed them off. And now gay men are being kicked out of school because they are gay.

Can some one from Florida explain why all of these things are happening there. Is there something in the water or what.
