This balance thing has to stop. We need to ask where is the balance in giving a group with 500 members a say against a group with 5,000,000 members? If Elton and David got 2 mins that would give the opposing group about about 4 ms (not even enough for a single frame of video at 25 frames/sec!).

Make them re-calibrate their uneven balance.
