Though point taken about being careful, especially if you live in a red place.

Still, I'm worried about our (conservative) Supreme Court.

And yes being causciously pleased makes sense given the ultimate test at the right-wing dominated Supreme Court. Just hoping that conservative Ted Olson, attorney on our side in this case can persuade Justice Kennedy to side with the Constitutional agruement. No doubt the other four will be in lock (goose)-step toeing the right-wing line, without thought or rational thinking.

must be pretty damn fragile. Or one of them fears the other will divorce them and marry a same-sex partner.
